In the aftermath of narcissistic abuse, the anxiety and fear don’t let go.
The sadness sits on you.
Disturbing thoughts and images push their way in.
You get flashbacks of the worst moments, and sometimes it feels like you’re reliving them right now.
Your sleep is wrecked.
You can’t concentrate during the day.
You ruminate at night, then wake up and ruminate some more.
The depression sits on you during the day, but the anxiety rides alongside it.
You can’t make a decision about anything.
And no matter how agreeable and conscientious you’ve been, it’s never enough.

To everyone around you, you’re the capable one.
But you’ve got flashbacks and intrusive negative thoughts about yourself running on a loop.
You’re physically out of the relationship, but you’re not free of it yet.
You’ve probably sat across from several therapists already.
They listened, they nodded, and you walked out the same as you walked in.
Somewhere in there, you started to believe the lie: that something is wrong with you.
That lie was installed. It was never the truth about who you are.
Coming out of a toxic relationship, you don’t realize you’ve been brainwashed.
The intensity, the length of time, and the sporadic way the abuse hit you (physically, emotionally, spiritually) implants negative beliefs about who you are.
Those beliefs act like a computer virus that sabotages your life.
You end up allied against yourself.
You and I can change all of that.
Most of your mind, about 90% of it, runs below your awareness, and that’s where these beliefs live.

Together, we’ll access that subconscious and find the negative core beliefs the abuse installed.
Then we’ll clear the trauma connected to them using EMDR.
You’ll move through a simple process with me while tapping your thighs, getting both sides of your brain to communicate.
We won’t only clear the trauma.
We’ll install new, life-enhancing beliefs of your choosing, the opposite of the lies that were injected into you.
This is the work I trained for under Sandra Brown, the first researcher to study survivors of psychopathic relationships.
It’s not just listening that leaves you exactly where it found you.
It’s recovery you can feel.
You told yourself what you want, and you were right to want it.
You want your life back.
You want your voice back.
You want to enjoy things again and feel fulfilled.
You don’t want to spend every day thinking about all this garbage.
New beliefs of your choosing take the place of the ones the abuse forced on you.
You stop allying against yourself and start moving toward YOUR goals, not the abuser’s.
This is how you change your life story.
The setting is virtual, but the results in your life are real: self-discovery, the strength to keep going, and a path toward a more peaceful, enjoyable life.
That can include caring relationships with people who actually appreciate you.
